Struggling Bolton axe Lee

Bolton Wanderers have parted company with manager Sammy Lee after a poor start to the new Premier League season.
Lee has left the Reebok Stadium along with assistant Frank McParland by mutual consent, according to the Trotters.
A statement from chairman Phil Gartside read: "This has been a difficult decision for all parties, but we've agreed that the time is right.
"Sammy has played an important role in the club's recent history. We wish him and Frank well for the future.
"Our efforts will now be to look for a replacement manager and to concentrate on the future."
Lee had only been in charge of Bolton for 14 games, having succeeded Sam Allardyce in the top job towards the end of last season.
This term Bolton have won just one of their opening nine league games and lie 19th in the Premier League table, although they have qualified for the group stage of the UEFA Cup after seeing off Macedonian outfit Rabotnicki Kometal.
Forty-eight-year-old Lee started his coaching career with Liverpool after a successful playing career, before becoming part of the England backroom staff under Sven-Goran Eriksson.
He joined Bolton in the summer of 2005 to act as number two to Allardyce, following Phil Brown's departure for Derby County.
