Smolarek seals Bolton move

Bolton Wanderers have completed the signing of Poland international striker Ebi Smolarek on a season-long loan deal.
The 27-year-old Racing Santander forward was in the crowd as the Trotters were held to a goalless draw by West Bromwich Albion at the Reebok Stadium on Saturday.
Smolarek had only been with Racing for one season and netted just four goals in 34 Primera Liga appearances last term.
His arrival comes days after Wanderers lost record signing Johan Elmander for several weeks due to a hamstring strain.
Speaking last week, manager Gary Megson revealed he was hopeful of making some significant moves in the transfer market before the window closes on Monday.
He said: "It is slow in terms of getting anything done because we're trying to get decent players off other teams.
"I expect a flurry over the weekend though and hopefully we're involved in it.
"Hopefully we can get one or two players into the squad and there may be one or two players that move on as well as a consequence of that."
Meanwhile, Bolton are poised to let Blerim Dzemaili join Italian side Torino on a season-long loan.
