Returning stars boost Megson

Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson is keeping his fingers crossed that the rest of his international players can follow the examples of Johan Elmander and Danny Shittu.
Sweden striker Elmander and Nigeria defender Shittu have both returned to the Reebok Stadium with no fitness problems after their countries were only involved in one round of fixtures during the current international break.
"Johan has come back because he's just had the one game for Sweden, while Danny Shittu is on his way home from Nigeria," Megson told the club's official website.
"They're both fit and healthy which is a plus for us, so we hope that everyone else comes back the same way."
Meanwhile, Megson has allayed fears over the fitness of Heidar Helguson and Gretar Steinsson after the Iceland pair missed Saturday's 2-0 defeat to Holland.
"Heidar returned with a knock, but it's nothing major," he continued ahead of Saturday's Premier League visit of Blackburn Rovers.
"Gretar just got a kick in training on the Friday and it was a bit sore, so they didn't risk playing him, but I think he'll be playing on Wednesday night."
