Motivation the key for Muamba

Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba believes his experience with the England Under-21 squad has helped to make him a better player.
The 21-year-old former Arsenal player moved to the Reebok Stadium at the start of last season in a £5millon deal and has gone on to become a regular under Gary Megson, featuring in 49 games for the club.
But it is the international game which has helped Muamba most, particularly the European Championships in Sweden this summer.
Muamba said: "I came back from there and decided I needed to be a different person and player, stronger and more mature.
"No-one is perfect so I try as best as I can and hopefully I can keep improving and perform at a consistent level as much as possible.
"I put pressure on myself to perform well because I want to return the favour to the club for what they have done for me."
