Lee urged to stay with Bolton

Bolton Wanderers manager Coyle has urged South Korea midfielder Lee Chung-Yong to stay put at the Reebok Stadium next season, amid growing rumours of interest from Liverpool. The 21-year-old has impressed during his first season in English football, scoring five times in 35 appearances, sparking talk of an approach from the Reds for his services. However, Coyle told the Bolton News: "It didn't surprise me that he has been linked with a club the size and stature of Liverpool. "The only thing that did surprise me is that there had been absolutely no dialogue at all. "Chung-Yong Lee will continue to get better and be capable of playing for the very top clubs, I've got absolutely no doubt about that. "But he knows and I know that right now he's best served developing here. "I have really enjoyed working with him since he has been here and, hopefully, I can give him that belief and the little bits and pieces that will make him a better player."
