Reports suggest that
Bolton Wanderers defender Radhi Jaidi has handed in a transfer request.
The 29-year-old Tunisian played a key part in the club's fine season that culminated in Sam Allardyce's side clinching a European spot for the first time in their history.
But Jaidi, who scored five goals in 27 Premiership appearances for the club, is looking to leave the Reebok Stadium.
The player's agent, Jesse Learoyd-Hill, told skysports.com: "In response to the speculation that has arisen in the Tunisian press that Radhi Jaidi was looking to leave Bolton, I can confirm that a transfer request has been submitted to the squad.
"I would have preferred not to have to comment on this, and all I wish to do is clarify that the request has been made.
"I have been in discussions with Bolton but I have not had any contact from other clubs. That is all we wish to say at this time."
