Fulham 1 Bolton 1: Hodsgon's choice is limited in attack after bruising draw

Roy Hodgson has a striker crisis to remedy before Fulham's must-win Europa League tie at home to CSKA Sofia on Thursday. Hodgson will be without Andy Johnson, who had a groin operation on Saturday and could be out for 'some time', according to the Fulham boss. He will also be without injured Diomansy Kamara, the suspended Erik Nevland and the ineligible Eddie Johnson. Bobby Zamora is struggling to be fit and, if he is out, Clint Dempsey will be the only recognised striker in the squad.
