Bolton Wanderers' El Hadji Diouf is on course to clash with Trotters boss Sam Allardyce after the striker's agent claimed his client has discussed a possible move to Atletico Madrid.
Earlier in the week, Allardyce laughed off reports suggesting Diouf was on the verge of leaving the Reebok Stadium for a reported fee of £6million and claimed the former Liverpool striker was an "integral" part of his team.
However, Diouf's agent Alexandre Krstic claims he has discussed a possible move to Spain with the Madrid club.
"Yes, I have spoke with Atletico about Diouf," Alexandre Krstic told As.
"There's nothing serious with Madrid. Diouf has a contract with Bolton, though Atletico is a big club and the best players want to be at the biggest clubs.
"Apart from that, the Spanish league is one of the most respected in Europe and everybody would like to play in that championship."
