Bolton Wanderers manager Gary Megson still does not believe his side is safe from relegation even after the draw with Aston Villa lifted them seven points clear of the drop-zone with only four matches of the season left.
Tamir Cohen's equaliser in the 1-1 draw against Martin O'Neill's side edged the Trotters towards safety but Megson is refusing to relax.
He said: "This result helps us along the way and another win should see us stay up.
"We did okay without playing champagne football. What we did do well was that we worked our socks off.
"I know Villa have taken the lead 13 times this season and gone on to win 11 of them and draw two. Given that record we did well to get back in to the game against a top-class side.
"It was a great strike and hopefully Tamir can settle down now and push on. He's had a disappointing season from his point of view."
