Cahill waiting for England debut

Bolton defender Cahill failed to make the bench in Saturday's 4-0 World Cup qualifying win over Kazakhstan in Almaty, with coach Fabio Capello preferring to keep Joleon Lescott as central defence back-up among his subsitutes.
