On target: Elmander celebrates his first league goal in three months Owen Coyle certainly talks a good game, and his infectious enthusiasm might just turn Johan Elmander's Bolton career around. The Sweden striker was bought by former Wanderers manager GaryMegson for a club record £8.2million in 2008, but has scored just 10goals in 57 games in his time at the Reebok. But current boss Coyle revealed he had been talking with Elmander,28, to try to help the hard-working centre forward in front of goal.It seemed to work on Saturday as Elmander slid in Bolton's first. A delighted Coyle said: 'He's worthy of more goals than he has hadbut I've told him to keep banging on the door and they will come. 'Ihave extensive chats with Johan all the time and have tried toreinforce the belief I have in him. I'm showing that trust by pickinghim every week because I know what he's bringing to the team.'
