Bogdan eyes loan departure

Hungarian goalkeeper Adam Bogdan is keen to leave Bolton Wanderers on loan in a bid to experience first-team football.

The 21-year-old has failed to break into the Trotters' starting line-up since arriving at the Reebok Stadium more than two years ago.

He is currently Gary Megson's third-choice shot-stopper but was called into the Hungary squad for last season's World Cup qualifiers against Malta and Albania.

"I'd definitely be happy to do it (go out on loan)," he said. "If that's what the club wanted me to do.

"I do need experience. I don't know when it will happen - maybe this year, maybe next year - but all I can do is train and work hard.

"All the goalkeepers ahead of me for Hungary at the moment are more experienced, so it is difficult to say if I will get back in for now.

"I want to play games, so if it was the right deal for me and the club then I'd look at it."
