Ward wants action with Bolton

Danny Ward has set himself the target of breaking into Bolton's first team after his successful loan spell at Swindon last season.[LNB] The 18-year-old striker struck nine goals in 32 games for the Robins as they reached the League One play-off final at Wembley[LNB]He is now looking forward to the new campaign at the Reebok Stadium and told Click Lancashire: "I want to push on and try and get into the first team.[LNB]"If I get my head down and work hard, it's a definite target for me. I've got a great chance here at Bolton and I've just got to get my head down and keep working.[LNB]"I set myself a few targets last season: to play regularly in the reserves and then to go out on loan, and I did that. I managed to get 30-odd games of first-team football and it was a great experience.[LNB]"The gaffer stayed in touch [while I was at Swindon] and kept ringing me. Now I just want to keep progressing."
