olton wrapped up their three-match tour of the United States with a comfortable 2-0 win over Houston Dynamo.[LNB] Victory for the Trotters saw them lift the Charities Cup.[LNB]Kevin Davies set up Ivan Klasnic for the game's opener on 31 minutes before the veteran completed the scoring with a tap-in following Martin Petrov's pin-point cross.[LNB]Bulgarian winger Petrov proved to be the star of the show, with an eye-catching display suggesting he is ready and raring to go ahead of the new Premier League season.[LNB]He came close to adding a third for Owen Coyle's men late on, but saw his effort cannon off the woodwork.[LNB]The Trotters were rarely tested defensively by Houston, with Jussi Jaaskelainen having to make only one save of note - a brilliant low block to deny Danny Cruz in the second half.[LNB]Bolton have now picked up silverware in consecutive pre-seasons, with the Charities Cup added to last season's Carlsberg Cup success.
