Swans reject Bodde offer - Reports

Megson made the bid on Friday night but the Swans want £5million for the Dutchman, according to the Bolton News. The fee could be more than Wanderers are prepared to pay for a player who has been out of action since November last year with a cruciate knee ligament injury. The Trotters had a previous bid of £2.5million rejected before their latest offer was knocked back. It seems that the Swans are after more cash for the player as they have to pay 50 per cent of the transfer fee they receive up front to Bodde's former club Den Haag. Megson could now move for other targets in a bid to bolster his midfield ahead of the new campaign.
