Owen Coyle's men have just completed an action-packed sequence of seven games in 22 days, and are now resting up a little ahead of the trip to play West Ham at Upton Park in the Premier League on Saturday.[LNB]Iceland international Steinsson has been hampered by a knee injury in recent weeks so is particularly glad of the break.[LNB]He told the Bolton News: "We need it![LNB]"It's really difficult to play midweek games. It's OK if everyone is playing, but some have had a chance to go to Dubai and rest for a week while we've been playing all the time.[LNB]"There's been a lot of games in the last couple of months. It's hard to get knocks and not have time to recover.[LNB]"It's harder than people realise, but the players have done fantastically."[LNB][LNB]
