Coventry will be without Danny Ward for around a month after the on-loan youngster returned to Bolton to undergo a hernia operation.[LNB] The 19-year-old arrived at the Ricoh Arena last month on a deal until January and has made four Championship starts and one substitute appearance so far.[LNB]But his time at the club had already been interrupted by a calf problem before Aidy Boothroyd on Thursday afternoon revealed the latest setback for the talented youngster.[LNB]"Danny has had to go back to Bolton, he's got a hernia," said the Sky Blues boss.[LNB]"I've spoken to Owen (Coyle, Bolton boss) and he's gone back up there, he's going to have his operation and hopefully we'll get him back as soon as. I don't know how long he's going to take, it depends on the surgeon he sees, so we'll have to wait and see. A month hopefully."[LNB]Meanwhile, Marlon King remains a big doubt for Saturday's trip to Ipswich with the striker due to have a fitness test on his dead leg on Friday, although Boothroyd fears the game may come too soon for him.
