Roberto Di Matteo remains unsure whether he will draft in a replacement for Paul Robinson following his switch to Bolton. Much has been made of the left-back's exit, as well as Albion's supposed interest in Coventry full-back Danny Fox, but head-coach Di Matteo is not even sure whether he will enter the market for solve the left-sided problem. He told the club's official website: "We are looking at the situation at the moment. I played young Dwayne Samuels there on Wednesday and he did really well. We also have Marek Cech but I'm not sure yet if we will bring someone in to cover that position." Di Matteo also confirmed Ishmael Miller is facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines due to a recurrence of his knee ligament injury, but offered good news on James Morrison and Neil Clement. "Ishmael needs a long period of rehabilitation," stressed Di Matteo. "We don't know how long it will be but it will be a while. It most probably will be months. "James should be back in training next week when we get home, so we're very happy about that. Clem will be a bit longer, he needs about four of five weeks before we can look at him coming back into the squad. I think it will be like a new signing for us if he gets back into the squad and gets fit."
