Robbo 'would jump at' Bolton move

Tenacious left-back Robinson has admitted he wants to leave The Hawthorns this summer following Albion's relegation back down to the Championship. At 30, Robinson wants to continue in England's top tier - but is also open to a move to Parkhead if Tony Mowbray takes the Celtic reins as expected. The tough-tackling defender was an ever-present during Megson's spell in charge of the Baggies - and the flame-haired Trotters gaffer has been linked with a double swoop for both Robinson and midfielder James Morrison. "From my point of view I would love to stay in the Premier League and if a club came in then I'd jump at the chance to play in it," said Robinson. "You always keep your options open and if they've given the gaffer the opportunity to talk to a club like Celtic then it would be nice to talk to a Premier League club again. Or to Celtic, you never know. We'll have to wait and see. "If you know you're not going to get your chance in the Premier League and you have the chance to win trophies at a different club then you jump at the chance. "That's what you want to achieve in your career. It's a short career and you have to try and make the most of it."
