Sunderland boss Ricky Sbragia was fuming with his side as they blew two points by failing to see out the game with Tottenham with their 1-0 lead intact. He suggested in writing the instructions on players' hands in felt-tipped pen in future and blasted his players as 'unprofessional'. But Sunderland are not the first team to blow it in the closing minutes - and Sky Sports News wants to know your best or worst incidents of sides losing their way the game appeared won. Can you recall your side being in control then doing something silly and shooting themselves in the foot in the dying seconds? It might been a long corner like Sunderland, it might have been premature time-wasting or it might have been down to something flamboyant or over-elaborate from an individual in the wrong place at precisely the wrong time.
