Moxey rues Davies departure

Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey has spoken of how his 'heart sank' when Mark Davies joined Bolton.[LNB] The 20-year-old had enjoyed a superb run of form during the first half of the season, especially during a two-month loan spell with Leicester.[LNB]However, his performances had not gone unnoticed and Bolton captured him for an undisclosed fee towards the end of the January transfer window.[LNB]Moxey admits he was disappointed to lose the highly-rated midfielder so early in his career.[LNB]"We're very, very sorry to see him go," he told the club's official website.[LNB]"Many people said 'eyebrows were raised', well, as the eyebrows were raised my heart sank when the deal was finally done because we didn't want Mark to go."[LNB]
