Gary Megson has urged Bolton to end the season on a high after all-but securing their Premier League status with a goalless draw at home to Sunderland on Saturday.[LNB] The Trotters are now on 40 points and should be safe, despite a lacklustre first-half performance at the Reebok in which Ricky Sbragia's visitors dominated.[LNB]But Bolton came out a different side in the second period and Riga Mustapha went close before Gary Cahill's last-gasp header brought out a fantastic Marton Fulop diving save.[LNB]And Megson told Sky Sports: "I thought we started OK in the first few minutes but after that they got themselves into the game and completely dominated it.[LNB]"I think they had eight shots to our one in the first 45 - they didn't have one in the second 45 because we started playing how I expect us to play and how we have played for most of the season."[LNB]Bolton's safety will be confirmed if Monday night's fixture between Newcastle and Middlesbrough ends in a draw, and when asked if he will be watching the clash Megson replied: "We'll watch it but there's nothing we can do about it."[LNB]The Trotters boss does feel his side can end the current campaign with a strong finish and would be delighted to see maximum points gained from their remaining fixtures.[LNB]Megson added: "You're judged over the course of 38 games and I want us to end it with a couple of wins - it would be great."[LNB]
