olton Wanderers boss Gary Megson has questioned the 'crazy' stance adopted by some clubs over their managerial decisions.[LNB] Megson's comments follow the recent sackings of Luiz Felipe Scolari and Tony Adams at Chelsea and Portsmouth respectively.[LNB]The short time handed to both bosses has received criticism, with Manchester United chief Sir Alex Ferguson hitting out at the call to dismiss World Cup-winning Brazilian Scolari.[LNB]Megson, who has been in charge of Bolton since 2007, has backed Ferguson's comments and suggested that managers should be afforded more patience.[LNB]StrangeHe said: "It is getting crazy the way managers are hired and fired. It needs a little bit of time to be judged.[LNB]"There is no set way of how to run a football club but it seems a little strange to see what they can do.[LNB]"After kamikaze pilot I would guess football manager has about the same sort of job security - there is nothing you can do about it.[LNB]"It is really strange that these decisions are made and yet the people who make these decisions, after getting it wrong with one manager and then do it with another one and then another one.[LNB]"Surely the common denominator is the person making the decision isn't it?"[LNB]
