Megson: Cohen can play his part

Cohen smashed the ball home from close range to earn a point in a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa on Saturday after Kevin Davies and then Andy O'Brien had helped on a free-kick from Matt Taylor.[LNB]Megson said: "We brought Tamir over from Israel to give him an opportunity. We are a club that has to do that.[LNB]"He has quality, is good in the air, is a good athlete and can get goals. But what he has to realise is the way the game is played in this country."[LNB]Megson has already held talks with chairman Phil Gartside about beefing up what he considers is a threadbare squad next season.[LNB]Gartside said: "I do believe we are moving forward and progressing well. Work is already under way in identifying our targets for next season."[LNB]Megson added: "There needs to be a bit of perspective. Our subs bench against Villa did not cost one penny.[LNB]"It consisted of free transfers, people that have come through the ranks and loan players. We do not have a huge amount of quality but the players have hearts as big as buckets."[LNB][LNB]
