Man City v Bolton preview

Manchester City will be aiming to end the season on a winning note when they play host to Bolton at Eastlands. Nothing but pride is at stake with City seeing their European hopes ended by defeat at Tottenham last weekend and Bolton securing their survival with a draw against Hull. Manchester City are sweating over the fitness of Brazilian star Robinho as he struggles to shake off a groin problem which forced him to miss last weekend's defeat to Spurs. Shaun Wright-Phillips misses out as he requires an operation on a knee problem which has sidelined him since April. City boss Mark Hughes has no fresh injury worries to contend with as the hosts look to send their fans away with renewed optimisim for next season. Andy O'Brien is available again for Bolton after recovering from the illness which ruled him out against Hull. However, he could be forced to content himself with a place on the bench with Danny Shittu keeping his place in defence alongside Gary Cahill. Jamaican winger Ricardo Gardner is missing for Gary Megson's men as he is sidelined with a hamstring problem.
