Lee 'not thinking' of Bolton exit
olton star Lee Chung-yong says he does not want to leave the club - but is happy to admit he desires Champions League football.[LNB] The South Korean maestro saw his stock soar at the World Cup finals in South Africa on the back of an impressive debut campaign in England.[LNB]Lee was brought in by maligned former Trotters boss Gary Megson, who spotted the winger's talent in August last year when he secured the player from FC Seoul for an undisclosed fee.[LNB]And after helping his country to the second round of the World Cup for the first time on foreign soil, the 22-year-old has been linked with a move to Roy Hodgson's reconstruction project at Liverpool.[LNB]But Lee denied he was about to leave the Wanderers, telling Yonhap news agency: "There's still much for me to learn in Bolton, so I haven't given any serious thought to the matter of a transfer."[LNB]Lee notched twice for Korea in this summer's adventure to the round of 16, which was ended in dramatic fashion by Uruguay, who eventually finished the tournament as the fourth-best team.[LNB]The midfielder also impressed supporters at The Reebok as Owen Coyle's team successfully fought off relegation, scoring five goals and injecting some vital flair to the side.[LNB]Following a successful maiden year, Lee has big ambitions and wants to eventually ply his trade in the Champions League - although he is keen to keep his feet on the ground with two years of his deal still remaining at Bolton.[LNB]He added: "All I can do is my best to work on with what's given to me, chances will come and I will take them.[LNB]"Money is important, and it'd be good to play for a big team like one in the Champions League, but most of all I want to go where I can develop myself."
