Abd-Rabou, who is currently on loan at Dubai-based outfit Al-Ahli, was linked with Rovers last year but a reported discrepancy over the fee saw the move fall through.[LNB]However, reports emanating from Egypt claim interest in the midfielder has reignited, with scouts from both Rovers and the Trotters said to have attended Egypt's 2-2 draw with Ghana during midweek.[LNB]Abd-Rabou, 24, told skysports: "I am aware of two Premier League teams watching me.[LNB]"I like the Premier League and my other compatriots are doing well there.
