olton midfielder Stuart Holden feels the Trotters will be able to cope without England international defender Gary Cahill.[LNB] Cahill was sent off in the 4-1 Premier League defeat at Arsenal last weekend and Bolton appealed against the defender's red card.[LNB]But the Football Association upheld referee Stuart Atwell's original decision, meaning Cahill will miss their next three matches.[LNB]"Gaz has been a big player for us and is obviously an important part of the defence but whoever comes in has got a lot of experience and has played a lot of games in the top flight," the USA international told the Bolton Evening News.[LNB]"That's the way football goes because you have got to shrug off the setbacks. [LNB]"We have got to make sure we really dig deep and show how strong our squad is."
