Bolton manager Gary Megson has warned his side they are in danger of becoming embroiled in a relegation battle unless they can arrest their slide.[LNB]Wanderers are only a point clear of the bottom three after Saturday's 5-1 drubbing by Aston Villa which Megson labelled as the worst display of his two-year reign.[LNB]Bolton have won one of their last five Barclays Premier League matches, conceding 15 goals in that period, and have 11 points from as many games.[LNB]Megson believes if that continues they will find themselves in trouble.[LNB]"The Villa game was as bad as we have been for two years," he told the Bolton Evening News. "At the moment we are averaging a point a game and if we carry on like that we'll be flirting with the relegation zone.[LNB]"We have got to start shaping ourselves against the sides we are going to be in and around throughout the season. We are where we are and we have to improve on it."
