Forget loss - Faye

Stoke captain Abdoulaye Faye has warned the squad they cannot afford to dwell on the disappointing defeat to Chelsea as they face just as difficult a test at Bolton on Saturday. Florent Malouda's injury-time winner denied the Potters a point at home to the Premier League leaders but Faye is already focused on Saturday's clash at the Reebok. "Playing away to Bolton is a very tough game and we have to respect them. Winning away at Portsmouth, as they have just done, is not easy," said Faye. "Bolton play like Stoke. It won't be easy, but I am confident." Faye is looking forward to coming up against former team-mate Kevin Davies and added: "Kevin is a very good player and a hard guy, but it is no problem. Don't worry." Stoke will continue to assess striker James Beattie after a scan revealed he has not broken his ankle after falling awkwardly early on against Chelsea while goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen is optimistic of being fit for Bolton after straining a thigh muscle against Chelsea.
