England hopeful Cahill not confident of Bolton place after reserves comeback

Bolton defender Gary Cahill believes he has a challenge to get back into the starting line-up after nearly two months out with a blood clot in his arm.  [LNB] The centre-back played his first competitive match since January 30 in Wanderers reserves' 3-1 defeat at home to Manchester City last night.   [LNB]'It's good to be back playing in games again - I'm absolutely delighted to be back,' said the 24-year-old. [LNB] Comeback: Gary Cahill made his return for Bolton reserves on Monday night after a spell on the sidelines for nearly two months with a blood clot in his arm[LNB]'Fitness-wise, it went pretty well. Obviously I've come back a little bit rusty, but it was all about fitness and getting 90 minutes under my belt; knowing that I can get though 90 minutes fine.   [LNB]'I've come through everything well and I feel good.
