Davies hoping for another England call

Bolton striker Kevin Davies believes it would be "absolutely amazing" if he retained his place in the England squad. With national team boss Fabio Capello looking on, Davies scored twice - one from the penalty spot - in the 4-2 victory over Tottenham. England face France in a friendly on November 17 and the 33-year-old Davies would love to be included again after winning his first cap against Montenegro. Davies said: "I am pleased that I helped us win the game, that is the most important thing. "We will see what happens when the squad is announced. It will be absolutely amazing (if selected). If not then I will keep doing what I am doing for Bolton."
