Kevin Davies has been given a suspended fine of £7,500 by the Football Association following his criticism of referee Mark Clattenburg.[LNB] The Bolton striker hit out at the official following February's goalless draw against Fulham at the Reebok Stadium.[LNB]Davies thought he had headed home a late winner for the Trotters, only for the goal to be disallowed as Clattenburg ruled that he had committed a foul on Brede Hangeland.[LNB]Davies was left fuming after the match, saying: "Every time he referees us, I don't expect to get anything.[LNB]"I think he (Hangeland) got under the ball and I just outjumped him. He hit the floor and he knew it was a fair goal.[LNB]"When I saw who the referee was I didn't expect to get anything off him. I have always felt there is something personal there."[LNB]Davies has now been found guilty of improper conduct after accepting the charge and requesting a personal hearing.[LNB]The FA Commission ordered that he be warned as to his future conduct and fined the sum of £7,500, which is to be suspended in total until the end of the 2011/12 season.
