Bolton manager Owen Coyle claims his playing days are now behind him and he is concentrating on getting the team up the table.
Coyle, 43, had a run-out for the reserves earlier in the season when he was in charge of Burnley.
But since then he has not had pulled on his boots, and said: "I am not registered.
"The reason I played was purely and simply to help the younger players we had at Burnley. Those days are long gone. I am probably resigned to the Masters now."
