Cahill has England on his mind as Capello watches Bolton ace shine again

Gary Cahill hopes he has laid down a marker for a place in next week's Englandsquad after Fabio Capello watched him help Bolton to a 2-1 victory at Birminghamat the weekend.[LNB]Whose ball?
