Gary Cahill is happy with his form at the Reebok Stadium and hopeful it will keep him in contention for further England recongnition.[LNB] Cahill made his debut for England when he came on for the injured Michael Dawson in the 4-0 victory against Bulgaria at Wembley in September.[LNB]The defender was again included in Fabio Capello's squad for the Euro 2012 qualifier against Montenegro last Tuesday and the 24-year-old hopes to keep his place for future games.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "Obviously I love being away with England.[LNB]"I'm looking now, with my performances for Bolton, to edge myself in there every time a squad is announced.[LNB]"Some of the lads in my position have got unfortunate injuries which keep reoccurring, so if I can stay fit and keep performing like I did on Saturday then hopefully I will be knocking on the door."[LNB]The centre-half may be happy with his form, but he is not happy with his lack of goals and hopes he can put that right in the near future.[LNB]"I feel that I'm getting closer to scoring a goal," he said.[LNB]"I've had a little bit of disruption this season with my ban and I sat out of the Carling Cup ties. I've missed a few games but I feel like I'm knocking on the door."
