Afobe boost for Trotters Bolton will welcome back Benik Afobe as they welcome Leeds to the Reebok Stadium. The on-loan Arsenal forward picked up a groin injury ahead of the weekend's 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace and was sent to hospital to receive a scan. But the 19-year-old was able to train with the squad on both Sunday and Monday and goes straight back into the squad. But Marcos Alonso has not recovered from injury in time to face Neil Warnock's side. The Spaniard picked up a knock during the 2-1 victory at Sheffield Wednesday and was forced to sit out Saturday's game. Boss Owen Coyle remains without long-term injury absentees David Wheater, Stuart Holden and Josh Vela, who are all sidelined with knee problems. Leeds midfielder David Norris could make his first appearance in over a month. The summer signing has missed the last five matches due to a torn thigh muscle, but returned to the bench as an unused substitute in the weekend win at Bristol City and could feature. Skipper Lee Peltier (ankle) and goalkeeper Paddy Kenny (groin) played the full 90 minutes on Saturday after returning to the side and are expected to continue, while Warnock has no new injury or suspension problems. Teenager Dominic Poleon, fellow forward Luke Varney, midfielder Danny Pugh and defender Adam Drury are pushing for recalls, but Warnock is unlikely to make any unforced changes. Striker Ross McCormack (ankle) and midfielder Paul Green (knee) remain sidelined as Leeds chase a third straight league win for the first time this season.
