Bolton without banned Keshi Anderson against Bradford

Bolton striker Keshi Anderson will sit out the visit of Bradford following his controversial red card against Walsall last weekend.

Anderson was handed two bookings, the first of which came for entering the field of play too early as substitute, and serves a one-game ban.

Midfielder Jay Spearing is back after a suspension of his own and Zach Clough is approaching full fitness.

But Gary Madine (groin), Max Clayton (knee), Darren Pratley (fractured leg) and Dorian Dervite (knee) are injured.

Bradford boss Stuart McCall will assess two unnamed players who are both nursing knocks before naming his squad.

McCall is hopeful the pair will be in contention to face former Bantams boss Phil Parkinson's promotion rivals.

Central defenders Rory McArdle and Nathan Clarke, yet to feature this season, have trained with the first-team squad this week following respective shoulder and calf injuries and are available.

McCall has no other new injury problems and is not expected to make too many changes as his side bid to extend their unbeaten league run this season to nine matches.
