Bolton seal £2.3m David Wheater deal
[LNB]Owen Coyle delivered a message about Bolton's ambitions this season by paying £2.3million for Middlesbrough's David Wheater and vowing to hang on to Gary Cahill. [LNB]The Bolton boss saw off competition from Everton, Stoke and Wolves for 23-year-old Wheater and wants the two England defenders to spearhead his push for a European place.
