Bolton on the up - Cahill

Bolton defender Gary Cahill believes the club can be proud of what has been achieved over the last four weeks. Since the last international break, Gary Megson's team have recorded two victories and two draws in the Barclays Premier League. They have also earned a Carling Cup fourth-round tie with Chelsea following a 3-1 success over West Ham at the previous stage, and Cahill hopes they can sustain their recent momentum. "We have kept the run going and haven't lost now for five matches. It breeds confidence when you are winning and drawing games," Cahill told the club`s official website. "We've got the international break and then a challenging month of fixtures, so it's important that we keep producing performances like this especially going into the game against Manchester United. "We are scoring goals, which is positive, and creating chances. I thought we created a few opportunities on Saturday (in the 2-2 draw against Tottenham) and possibly could have done better with them. We definitely deserved a draw. It's two points dropped, but in a way it is a good point because Spurs are flying high."
