olton striker Robbie Blake is expecting a hot reception when he returns to Burnley in the Carling Cup - and fears he may need his "tin hat".[LNB] The 34-year-old forward switched to the Reebok Stadium from the Clarets this summer, following Owen Coyle's path after the Trotters boss left Turf Moor for Bolton in January.[LNB]Fate has pitted the two sides against each other in the third round of the Carling Cup and Blake admits that he does not expect to be welcomed back to Burnley.[LNB]He said: "I think I will need to get my tin hat ready. I would have preferred it to be next season in the Premier League but it was probably meant to be with the gaffer and myself.[LNB]"I couldn't believe it. It is a great tie to be involved in but it is going to be a difficult game.[LNB]"The gaffer did a great job there. I doubt he will get a great reception but once the game starts I am sure it will all be forgotten.[LNB]"You want to play in those games. I will go there and enjoy it and I am sure it will be a great atmosphere.[LNB]"They will fancy their chances but if we can go there and play well I am sure we can go through."[LNB]Blake opened his Bolton account with a curling free-kick in the Premier League clash with Birmingham and admits he was glad to get off the mark at his new club.[LNB]"It was nice to put it in the back of the net," he added.[LNB]"It showed we have got great character at the club and great belief in ourselves as a team.[LNB]"Not many teams will come from 2-0 down with 10 men and get a point.[LNB]"It is fantastic here, it's a great set of lads. I am really enjoying it and we have started very well as well.[LNB]"We are still unbeaten and we want to keep that going."
