Al Habsi happy with role at Bolton

The Oman stopper was recently on the radar of several Premier League and European clubs at the end of last year, but he pledged his future to the Trotters by penning a four-and-a-half year deal.[LNB]Al Habsi publicly voiced his concern at the lack of playing time under Gary Megson back in September, but the 27-year old now says he is happy to play second fiddle to Jussi Jaaskelainen.[LNB]"The thing that persuaded me to stay is that I'm very comfortable here and all the Bolton fans really like me," he told the Manchester Evening News. "If you move to another club then you don't know what is going to happen.[LNB]"Gary Megson gave me a chance last year, (goalkeeping coach) Fred Barber works me really hard and I'm also happy to work alongside Jussi and Adam Bogdan."[LNB]"Before I signed, I had a conversation with Fred.
