Bologna could be without central defender Cesare Natali for several months due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury, the Serie A club announced on its website Tuesday.
Natali had to be substituted during the 1-0 defeat to Fiorentina on Sunday, a result which left Bologna 12th in the table, 12 points behind leaders Juventus.
The central defender is set to undergo an operation in the coming days and could be out for up to six months.
