Herrlich staying positive

Bochum coach Heiko Herrlich has suggested he is thriving under the pressure after seeing his side edge closer towards the Bundesliga relegation zone following three defeats in a row.

His side fell to losses against Werder Bremen, Wolfsburg and Dortmund and these were their first setbacks in the new year.

They now sit just four points ahead of the dreaded bottom three and he believes they will put things right with Friday night's visit of Eintracht Frankfurt.

He said: "I like the pressure, which is what makes football what it is.

"We really didn't play badly in Bremen and we also had strong phases against Wolfsburg and Dortmund.

"We are all fully focused and should not get nervous or let ourselves be influenced from outside."
