Dabrowski pens Bochum deal

Christoph Dabrowski has pledged his future to Bochum despite the club's battle to avoid relegation.

The 30-year-old midfielder has put pen to paper on a contract which will keep him at the Ruhrstadion until summer 2012.

"I feel right at home at VfL and I've said all along that I can well imagine staying here for a long time, maybe even ending my career here," he said.

"But that's still a long way down the line. First off we want to do everything in our power to ensure we're still playing in the top-flight next season."
