Bochum land Turkish forward

Bundesliga side Bochum have signed Turkish striker Sinan Kaloglu from Bursaspor on a two-year contract.

The 26-year-old makes the move as a free agent, with Bochum coach Marcel Koller believing that he has landed a major talent.

He told the club's official website: "Sinan Kaloglu fulfils the profile of what we wanted.

"He is physically robust, dangerous in front of goal and has a game which is characterised by his will to attack the goal and his speed in getting there."

Kaloglu is the third major signing at Bochum this summer, with midfielder Paul Freier having returned from Bayer Leverkusen and goalkeeper Daniel Marcio Fernandes having joined from PAOK Saloniki.
