Rumours - Torres to Barcelona

Look away Liverpool fans, your miserable season could end with the departure of goal-machine Fernando Torres.
According to the Daily Mirror, Torres is considering his future at Anfield and there are unsurprisingly a host a clubs ready to pounce.
Manchester City and Chelsea have obviously been mentioned, but if Torres favours a move back home to Spain, Barcelona are all too willing to oblige.
With Thierry Henry out of sorts, Torres could prove the perfect foil for Lionel Messi and a superb alternative to Zlatan Ibrahomovic.

Meanwhile, Manchester United are eyeing Real Madrid's Gonzalo Higuain, if you believe what you read at caughtoffside.com.
Sir Alex Ferguson has been promised money to spend and the Argentine is on reportedly on his wanted list.
Finally, Spurs are rumoured to be interested in signing 17-year-old striker Connor Wickham from Ipswich.
