Vaughan not distracted by exit talk - Holloway

Ian Holloway is confident David Vaughan is entirely focused on Blackpool's survival bid, despite reports linking the midfielder with Sunderland. Vaughan, one of the Seasiders' standout performers in their maiden Barclays Premier League campaign, made his comeback from injury in last weekend's 1-1 draw with Newcastle after two games out with a hip complaint. The Wales international's return to action is a major boost for Blackpool, who are above the relegation zone on goal difference alone with four games left to play. Vaughan is likely to be key to their hopes of beating the drop and manager Holloway is adamant talk of interest from another club will not distract the 28-year-old from the job in hand. Asked about the speculation that Sunderland could move for the player in the summer, Holloway said: "I haven't heard anything. "I don't know anything about that - David is very committed to us, we are very committed to him and I'm sure being the professional he is, he will finish off our season before he even starts to think about next season."
