Thompson challenge to Adam

Blackpool assistant manager Steven Thompson believes club captain Charlie Adam should be aiming to hit the 20-goal mark this term.
After notching 12 goals already this season, the Scotland international has scored four in his last four appearances as the Seasiders' play-off charge continues.
Speaking to Blackpool's official website, Thompson said: "We set him a target of double figures and we were hoping he'd perhaps get to that in the latter stages of the season.
"But now he's already there by January we're hoping he'll get to the latter stages of double figures and get 18 or 19 goals."
