Dundee United have described Blackpool's improved offer for defender Garry Kenneth as "an insult".The Championship side have offered £100,000 for the centre-half, with the sum doubling after a year. However, Tannadice chairman Stephen Thompson told BBC Scotland: "The offer is an insult. They are miles away from our valuation of Gary.
